We have two categories of membership available: individual/family (£10 per year) or group (£20 per year). If you would like to join the twinning, you can apply for membership by completing the HLTA Membership Form 2012 and sending a cheque payable for the appropriate amount to HLTA to the address below. Alternatively, you can complete the HLTA Standing Order Mandate 2012 and return it to the address below:
